How vintage and resale pricing works: prices are based on quality, rarity, trendiness/market, time spent searching & decades of our retail/clothing experience. 

How alterations work: Laurelei does our alterations! You can stop by when she's working. Fridays are a good bet.

Alterations are free for items purchased at ollie shop. We do offer alterations on items purchased elsewhere for a standard fee.

How personal styling works: Reed does our personal shopping and styling! You can stop by when she's working (weds and thurs are a good bet). Comprehensive consultation rates start at $250.
